Rosemount 304 Manifold

Compatible with 3051 model
Old model: 1151, 3051C old model flange type
New model: 3051DP/CD/DG/GP (common flat flange), compatible with both old and new projects

Rosemount 305 Manifold

Compatible with 3051 model: Coplanar common plane flange model only

Step 2: Determine the number of valves (2/3/5 valves)
Valve 2: Single point gauge pressure only (GP common plane, TG direct connection), isolation+exhaust
3 valves: differential pressure flow/liquid level universal (2 isolation+1 balance, protective diaphragm)
5 valves: Oil and gas metering, dual exhaust+dual isolation+balance, anti blocking large aperture NG soft valve seat
Step 3: Material selection (differentiation of corrosive media)
Ordinary water, oil, steam: 316/316L (code 2)
Chloride containing ions, weakly acidic seawater: C276 Hastelloy (code C)
