Now start the complete selection process (universal logic, 0304/0305/0306 universal)
Step 1: Determine the transmitter model and lock the valve group category (most importantly)
Differential pressure DP/CD/DG new project → 0305
Differential pressure DP/CD/DG old renovation, replacement 1151 → 0304
Single point direct installation TG/TA pressure measurement → 0306
Step 2: Determine the number of valves (2/3/5 valves)
Valve 2: Single point gauge pressure only (GP common plane, TG direct connection), isolation+exhaust
3 valves: differential pressure flow/liquid level universal (2 isolation+1 balance, protective diaphragm)
5 valves: Oil and gas metering, dual exhaust+dual isolation+balance, anti blocking large aperture NG soft valve seat
Step 3: Material selection (differentiation of corrosive media)
Ordinary water, oil, steam: 316/316L (code 2)
Chloride containing ions, weakly acidic seawater: C276 Hastelloy (code C)
Hydrofluoric acid, seawater, mercury containing medium: 400 Monel (code M)
Sulfuric acid containing oil and gas: Add NACE MR0175 certification option
Step 4: Seal the packing (by temperature)
≤ 232 ℃ room temperature: PTFE PTFE packing (code 1), smooth and easy to operate
232~538 ℃ high temperature steam/thermal oil: graphite packing (code 2)
Note: 0304 has a maximum temperature resistance of 538 ℃, while 0305/0306 has a maximum temperature resistance of 399 ℃
Step 5: Other Additional Options
Bracket: B3 carbon steel, B4 316 stainless steel (B4 is selected for outdoor corrosive environments)
NG: 5 valve group for natural gas, large hole anti blocking, soft seat
Cleaning: Special Oxygen/Clean Media Cleaning Options
Warranty: WR3/WR5 3/5-year extended warranty
