Product Overview
Emerson Micro‑Motion F200S Coriolis Mass Flow Sensor， Belonging to the Micro Motion F-Series Coriolis sensor series, with a DN50 (2-inch) caliber and 316L stainless steel material, it can simultaneously measure multiple parameters including mass flow rate, volume flow rate, medium density, and temperature.
As the main model of the high-precision F series, F200S is widely used in mass flow measurement scenarios for petrochemicals, oil and gas, chemical liquids, and natural gas. In addition to the standard F200S body, the same series includes variant models F200H, F200A, and F200P; Other specifications in the same series: F025S, F050S, F100S, F300S Coriolis sensors. F200S can be equipped with 1700 transmitter, 2700 transmitter, 2200S, 2400S, 5700 transmitter, supporting two electronic solutions: integrated core processor or separate junction box.

Liquid mass flow accuracy ±0.10%； Density accuracy up to 0.0005 g/cm ³, supporting gas mass flow measurement; Max working pressure up to 100 barg, compact and drainable Coriolis sensor structure.
2. Rich process connection options
Supports ASME B16.5 flanges (CL150/CL300/CL600), EN1092-1 PN40/PN100, DIN flanges, JIS B2220 flanges, Tri clamp hygienic connection sanitary clamps, DIN11851 sanitary threads.
3. Global explosion-proof certification is optional
Optional ATEX IECEx Ex ib IIC, UL-CSA certification, NEPSI approved; Support MID custody transfer certificate trade handover certificate.
4. Complete documentation support: COO certificate of origin and Q12 material certificate can be provided.
5. Two electronic configurations: with integrated core processor for F200S module or junction box for F200S split junction box, with external transmitter.
