Product Overview
MMI-20088230 is the Emerson Micro Motion Model 800 Enhanced Core Processor, the core electronic module of the Coriolis mass flowmeter (commonly known as the “header core/processor Puck”), abbreviated as Puck800. It is used to replace the original transmission core of ELITE series CMF/CMFS Coriolis flowmeters, collect flow, density, temperature signals, and calculate and output them. The old version still has Puck700 available on the market.
Puck 800 Features
High precision signal processing: Real time measurement of mass flow rate, volume flow rate, density, and temperature, which is the core unit of high-precision Coriolis flowmeter operation.
Explosion proof intrinsic safety type: supports installation in hazardous areas such as chemical, oil and gas, and meets the IIB/IIC explosion-proof rating.
HART communication protocol: supports remote configuration, parameter reading, fault diagnosis, and facilitates debugging and maintenance.
Modular replaceable design: independent processor modules that can be directly replaced on site without the need for whole meter replacement, reducing maintenance costs.
Wide temperature range: from -40 ℃ low temperature to+60 ℃ high temperature environment, suitable for harsh industrial sites.
